Vegetables are the new meat
One of the food groups that I had to adjust was the meat consumption. Over the years eating beef had decreased at my table to the point of elimination. Basically the only time beef was consumed was during a trip to the restaurant as a special treat. Then 20 years later even that was stopped which left two primary choices. Fish and Chicken were the main meat selections at our table. Pork was occasionally brought in for holidays. Then we sold out for Turkey. Everything turkey from the bacon to the burgers. Just when I thought everything was good, my plate changed.

Healthy Time To Refresh
More energy, Better sleep, Good Focus, just plane better. If you could make a change in your life that would help you feel better, would you? I have made some simple yet delicious adjustments to my diet and I feel better. Now I will admit during this meal there is a piece of chicken on another plate that I thoroughly enjoyed. It just would not fit on this plate.......
