Healthy Time To Refresh
Constantly snacking was how I spent most of my television time. Being in the northern states removes outdoor opportunity for at least 4 months unless you like the cold. And since being outside in the winter is not part of my plan, I had to create a new one, cooking.
The beginning of my journey started with The Daniel Plan. Through the teaching and principles of this program I realized how far from normal my eating habits were. What is normal? If you apply that to our Americanized thinking then fast food will be on your short list. This site will provide some adjustments I have made to eating healthy and really using food for energy.
