Next on the Menu - Exercise
Losing weight was never my goal but as my eating habits changed the weight gradually started coming off. Now I need to shift into an exercise routine to help maintain and tone up. This is the next step in my journey. Of course my back, leg and foot all started hurting during the time this page was under development. But that will not disrupt my journey to better eating habits coupled with exercise. Check back for some updates and watch my blog for some pics.
