Healthy Time To Refresh

Unless you have a short span of time to eat your meal, you need to slow down. Most of us are not starving when sitting down for a bite to eat. But if you observe eating habits many people rush through a meal like someone will take it from them.
Business lunch meetings will have a time and you should eat the meal with the group so everyone is not waiting for you to finish. This is good business table eidicate and should be followed when out with guest. You need to keep this in mind even when ordering. But the normal meals where you are not in conversation and rushing should be enjoyed. I see meals consumed (literally) like it's the last one on earth. Then you here the "I'm so full" or better "I ate that too fast". Slow down and enjoy the meal. Slow down and enjoy the meal. When seasoned and marinated the taste is the best experience you can get after the aroma.
