Fruit is part of the main course
Next on the menu, fruit. This is one menu item I have made part of the main course. Every table should be garnished with a fruit for the meal. Kiwi has quickly grown to be on my favorite list followed by the long standing Pineapple. They provide the sweetness I crave and help replace my sugar fix with a good quality snack. The next step will be juicing.
Healthy Time To Refresh
This is my power plate with blueberries, KiWi and orange slices. I am working my way to upgrade into pineapples and bananas.
Fruit has a perminate place on my table. I have never been much of a fruit person especially when it comes to apples. My preference has always been more on the orange side of the dish. But now my exposure has expanded to the delicious variety available in the world of fruit. These dishes have grown into the main course of my meal especially at breakfast.
